Sacroiliac Joint (SIJ) dysfunction is an extremely common issue in our modern world. More sedentary lifestyles are contributing to the rise of SIJ dysfunction that we are seeing more frequently in movement studios and clinics.

Fortunately, we can do an extraordinary amount to alleviate symptoms and bring these joints back to function, using holistic exercise and the unique, brilliant Pilates concepts and apparatus.
